The Uebergossene Alm Resort offers a unique blend of luxury and value, particularly appealing to families looking for a ski getaway. Having visited multiple times over the years, I've witnessed significant changes. Sure, the hotel boasts impressive facilities, including both indoor and outdoor heated pools, and a comprehensive spa that includes a sauna and treatment rooms. The on-site restaurant serves decent food, although recent staffing issues have been noticeable. During our recent stay with our daughter, the ski slopes and schools mere steps away added convenience. The service left much to be desired. In particular, the waitstaff were a bit brusque and seemed overwhelmed, which marred our dining experience despite the lovely settings. Despite these hiccups, the well-appointed rooms and family-friendly amenities like the kids' club are worth the investment. For families seeking both relaxation and recreation, the Uebergossene Alm Resort delivers a valuable experience, albeit with caveats regarding service that should be kept in mind.
